By using the Rasbry website (including its associated domain names, web hosting and other online infrastructure), you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Rasbry website Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Service, you are not permitted to use or access the Rasbry website or related Rasbry services.

If you are determined by Rasbry' administrators to have violated these Terms of Service, your account will be terminated and you will be permanently banned from Rasbry and its related services. Rasbry' administrators have no obligation to provide prior notice or to supply an explanation. You acknowledge that your use of this website is at your own risk.

Definitions. "Rasbry / We / Us / Our" relates to Lione Ltd trading as Rasbry. "User / You / Your" - Anyone using the Rasbry website.

Restrictions. The Rasbry website is intended solely for persons who are sixteen (16) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of, or access to the Rasbry website by anyone under sixteen (16) years of age is unauthorised and in violation of these Terms of Service.

Copyright: Creators' Works. You acknowledge that respective copyright holders own all rights, title and interest in all creators' works on the Rasbry website. The upload of these works by Rasbry users, or the inclusion of these works by Rasbry, does not imply any association, endorsement or approval of Rasbry by respective copyright holders. Rasbry claims no rights to sell creators' works on the Rasbry website or anywhere else. Rasbry only reproduces creators' works in low resolution formats in order to illustrate respective creators' website links on the Rasbry website. Rasbry may also combine creators' works in order to create derivative works. Rasbry claims no rights to sell these derivative works on the Rasbry website or anywhere else. Any copyright in the original work remains unchanged. These uses follow the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. You acknowledge that Rasbry owns all rights, title and interest in all Rasbry branding and navigational content on the Rasbry website, including (but not limited to) the Rasbry logo, text, graphics and files, and Rasbry's selection and arrangement (the "Content"), and you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, frame, republish, display, post, transmit, or sell the Content, except as may be expressly permitted by Rasbry. You may not republish the Content or incorporate the information into any database or compilation.

Trademarks. All trademarks, logos, trade dress and service marks on the Rasbry website are trademarks of their respective owners or Rasbry and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without express written permission.

Third-Party Sites. The Rasbry website contains links to other websites operated by unrelated parties. These website links are provided for your convenience and reference only. Rasbry does not control these sites and is not responsible for their contents. Our inclusion of these links does not imply any association with these sites or any endorsement or approval of the services, merchandise, materials or contents available from or on these sites. By accessing third-party sites via the Rasbry website, you do so at your own risk. You should review the terms and privacy policies of these sites, as they may differ from ours. We do not control or review the usage terms or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Endorsement. Rasbry contains descriptions of or references to products, services, and firms. These references do not imply our endorsement of those products, services or entities. Under no circumstances shall any of our providers be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on or exposure to information obtained from or contained on Rasbry. You are responsible for evaluating the information, advice, and other content available through the Rasbry website, and any products, services or firms referenced.

Advertising. Rasbry is a family safe nework. We reserve the right to reject any advertising campaign containing, or linking to, pornography, nudity, sexuality, spam, hate, racism, copyright infringement, illegal activities or illegal software. This includes (but is not limited to) websites containing adult related products or services. Rasbry do not accept adverts promoting cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapour or other related products. We also reserve the right to refuse any link that redirects to different web address, has heavy amounts of advertising, breaks out of frames, contains pop-ups or resizes to fullscreen.

Complaints. Rasbry is not responsible for the content, management, honesty or uptime of websites, apps, products or services advertised within the Rasbry game or elsewhere on the Rasbry website. You agree to visit, invest or take part in other activities at your own risk. However, following a complaint made to Rasbry, we reserve the right to remove and/or blacklist any website or link, with no compensation to the advertiser for remaining unused advertising credits or time purchased. This includes (but is not limited to) the reasons listed in Advertising, criminal behaviour or other unacceptable activities.

Prohibited Activities. You are prohibited from artificially generating, or hiding/masking the true source of, traffic, hits, impressions, clicks, visitors, visits or any other interactions, by any means, to any Rasbry image, link or website. Sources are accepted, approved, credited, blacklisted, blocked and/or redirected solely at the discretion of Rasbry' administrators. We have usage limits in place to protect system resources and to prevent system abuse.

Products and Services. Rasbry products and services will only be supplied following receipt of full payment via either PayPal or Coinbase. All of Rasbry' products and services include advertising. If for any reason other Rasbry features become unavailable, you agree to accept the Rasbry product or service as an advertising purchase.

Information. By joining Rasbry you acknowledge and agree that your non-identifiable information (member number, etc) may be published on the Rasbry website and elsewhere.

Abuse. Rasbry has a zero tolerance policy towards abuse of any kind. Any person found to be sending unsolicited messages (spam) by any means, including (but not limited to) email messages, forum posts and text messages will have their account deleted. Furthermore, any person that sends threatening, offensive, spam or otherwise abusive messages to our staff, members and/or advertisers will have their account permanently deleted.

Refunds. Due the nature of our service refunds are generally not available. However, we will work with advertisers independently, on a case by case basis, to resolve any issues.

Taxes. It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply. It is solely your responsibility to assess, collect, report, or remit the correct tax to the relevant tax authorities. Rasbry is not obligated to, nor will Rasbry determine whether taxes apply, or calculate, collect, report, or remit any taxes to any tax authority arising from your use of Rasbry.

Service. You acknowledge that this service can be revoked at any time for any reason Rasbry's adminstrators see fit with no obligation to provide any form of compensation for products/services purchased. Although we make a reasonable effort to provide a high quality service, we do not provide any warranty and make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, uptime or timeliness of this service.

Liability. Rasbry is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Rasbry website regardless of the cause or source, or for the conduct, online or offline, of any user or other user of the Rasbry website. We also assume no responsibility for:

You agree to indemnify and hold Rasbry and its owners, subsidiaries, users, officers, agents, partners and employees harmless from any damage, liability, claim, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Rasbry website, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of the rights of a third party or any law.

These Terms of Service, and the accompanying Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rasbry regarding the use of the Rasbry website and supersede any prior agreements between you and Rasbry on the same subject. Rasbry's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving Rasbry you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, as they apply to residents within the country of England. You also agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of England and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction or that the forum is not convenient, except that Rasbry may bring suit against you in any court that has jurisdiction over your person or property. Any cause of action by you with respect to the Rasbry website or its owners must be instituted within 180 days after cause of action or be forever waived and barred.
